We are providing consultancy solutions to the clients for preparing effective layout of the plants. UGI is rendering following solutions:
- Feasibility Study and Project Reports: We perform feasibility study with the prime motive to determine the viability of the undertaken projects. In case the steel plant construction project is feasible than we start preparing its report in a well structured and logical format.
- Detailed Engineering of Project and Equipments: The final products are produced through detailed engineering which includes planning of the layout, cost control, preparing the designs of steel plants, commissioning of plant components and conduct several quality assurance tests.
- Equipment Designs and Production Drawings: Designing of new equipment includes turnkey steel re-rolling plant and the development of customized plants and processes.
- Complete Integration: The process of combining or accumulating is considered as Integration. In the complete integration of the steel plants, we design them in various sizes, fabricate, disassemble and ship them directly to the client's desired location.
- In House Application Engineering: Along with the supply of material, we provide our clients with Sourcing & Review of Product Guaranteeing Compliance with Specifications, Complete Analysis of Architectural Drawings & Specifications and Equipment & Product Recommendations by utilizing our capabilities to fulfill their requirements.
- Expansion/ Modernization for increasing the Capacity: Even after the final execution of the projects, expansion & modernization programs continues.
- Turnkey Erection and Commissioning: As per the client's recommendations, we provide the solution of erection or commissioning. Several trial runs & establishing rated production are also carried out by us.
- Personnel Training: We provide proper training to our employees about their respective jobs to make sure that the turnkey steel projects completed efficiently.
- Successful Running: Along with installation and designing of plants we are also responsible for successful running of the plant for specific periods.
- Supervision: We have appointed experts team whose job is to constantly monitor and supervise every phase and module of turnkey steel plants to ensure that the outcome will meet our clients' expectations.
- Equipment Servicing: We also do the servicing of various tools and equipment used in steel plants right from the phase of initialization to completion.
- Development of Spares: The company is also involved in the designing and careful selection of material for the development of spare parts.
- Waste Management: For the protection of our environment, we take utmost care in waste management.

UGI Engineering is collaborated with SEAD Steel Technology, Turkey with the aim to produce world class Hot Rolling Mills, Pinion Stands & Gear Boxes by adopting European technology which ensure increased productivity with reduced cost of production. We lay special attention in the optimum consumption of specific fuel & power and ensure environment friendly activities.
UGI Consultancy Service division also undertake the task of technology up-gradation & modernization of the Mills for better quality, fuel & power efficiency, higher productivity and reduction of environmental pollution. Our organization is providing Rolling Mill Plants up to 750 mm with required automation & robotics.
We are also accepting Engineering Job Work which we execute as per customer's drawings & specifications by efficiently using our spare machining capacity. UGI is also engaged into Installing new mills and production lines in the greenfield sites.

- M/s Hennigsdorfer Stahl Engineering GMBH is a Germany based company which make use of Thermex Technology in the Quenching & Self Tempering (QST) process. This company is the first & foremost choice for Deformed TMT Bar Mills worldwide.
